As an important component of electric hoist, steel wire rope must be operated correctly according to requirements during use, especially, it is not allowed to be overloaded. The electric hoist must keep enough lubricating oil in use, and ensure the lubricating oil is clean and free from impurities and dirt. When oiling the steel wire rope, hard brush or wooden pieces shall be used. It is strictly forbidden to oil the working wire rope directly by hand. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang the heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts. In the process of use, if any fault is found, the main power supply shall be cut off immediately.
