Any metal should be expanded when heated. Because the steel is heated, the temperature unevenness of each part in the same 7x7 pvc coated wire rope will inevitably cause the expansion inconsistency of the parts in the 7x7 pvc coated wire rope, thus forming the cause. Uneven internal stresses are heated. At temperatures below the phase transition point of the steel, uneven heating mainly produces thermal stress, which is unevenly heated beyond the phase transition temperature, and also causes unequality of the structural transformation, which causes both tissue stress. Therefore, the faster the heating rate, the greater the difference between the temperature of the surface and the core of the 7x7 pvc coated wire rope, and the greater the stress, the greater the deformation caused by the heat treatment of the 7x7 pvc coated wire rope.
