The CPC's Central State Council's opinion on deeply playing the war on good pollution control and prevention proposes to play better blue sky, Bi water and clean soil guard warfare with a higher standard, and set up two-stage pollution control goals of 2025 and 2035, which will be better adjusted and made scientific deployment for future work. Among them, eight landmark operations, such as playing the battle against heavy pollution weather elimination, the battle against the governance of urban dark smelling water bodies, and the battle against agricultural rural pollution control, are clearly indicated.
