When it is used in the mine shaft with large water pouring and high pH value, galvanized steel wire rope should be selected due to serious corrosion.
In the mine with serious wear and tear, it is better to select wire rope with thicker outer layer or compacted strand wire rope.
When fatigue broken wire is the main cause of wire rope damage, wire contact wire rope with small diameter difference between inner and outer layers (filling type is better) or special-shaped strand wire rope can be selected.
The steel wire rope for mine hoisting should be twisted in the same direction.
The multi-layer non rotating steel wire rope shall be selected for the hoisting of shaft.
The steel wire rope with metal rope core can be selected for the hoisting wire rope at the gangue dump with high temperature or open fire.
The sealing steel wire rope is the best choice for steel wire rope cage way. If other types of wire rope are selected, galvanized steel wire rope is suitable.
